A Vertical Pond or Raceway Reactor (VRR) is a
closed PhotoBioReactor  that converts
Algae to Biofuels.

With our BendTRusion method, highly efficient
Vertical AlgoReactors may be manufactured in
a cost-effective manner.

AlgoReactors
are designed to effectively
compete with the more expensive and efficient
Flat Panel Reactors (FPR) on the market.

Advantages of VRR AlgoReactors VAR-4000
over FPRs include:

- contain far more volume per surface area
- have a low-cost and low-energy temperature
   control system,
- have a rapid maintenance and cleaning
   system and
- have an integrated LED lighting system

Most above features are not included in the diagram (Patent Pending).

Feel free to contact us and check if our BendTrusion method (also called 3D Printer) can extrude and shape your model of Photobioreactor.

Model of a Plastic-Lumber bridge

Plastic Lumber profiles for outdoor applications such as for shelters and low-cost housing may last between 50 to 100 years with virtually no maintenance.

A shelter in which both columns and roofs
are extruded as a single element may be
produced for fabricating low-cost housing.

Plastic-lumber may be an ideal material
for such an application.

Many industrial and environmental applications require replicating the same bended shape for long distances.

Using an extrusion machine to produce a coiled plastic profile that can be bonded to adjacent coils creates long tubular shape bodies that can be re-produced at much lower cost that using any other manufacturing methods.

A variable-size tubular object may be created by bonding or interlocking side-by-side a continuous strand of an extruded profile.
